Qualifications

• Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care.
• Communicate pertinent information concerning patient progress and plans.
• Participate in patient Plan of Care Meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Record treatment notes and daily billing of services.
• Instruct patient’s families in maintenance programs.
