Job summary

TMC in Van Wert seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant - PRN to support therapy services in long term care. In this role, you'll assist licensed therapists while contributing to patient care and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program is required.
• Certification necessary according to the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• State licensure in the specified geographic area is mandatory.
• Ability to perform safety-critical tasks without posing health risks.

Responsibilities

• Assists with data collection and evaluation under supervision.
• Performs clinical functions such as screening and delivering treatment.
• Maintains treatment area, equipment, and supply inventory.

Skills

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Certification in accordance with the American Occupational Therapy Association

Licensed by the State in the designated geographic area

Ability to lift and control 50 pounds

Ability to perform minimal assist transfer
