Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to treat patients under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist.

The OTA will participate in care planning, family communication, and interdisciplinary team meetings while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting discharge planning. This role emphasizes professional conduct, adherence to licensure standards, and ongoing collaboration with facilities, families, and health team members to deliver

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the plan of care under supervision of the Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Communicate progress and plans with patient, family and facility staff.
• Participate in Plan of Care and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings.
• Record treatment notes and complete daily billing per policy.
• Instruct families and nursing staff in maintenance programs under supervision.
• Participate in discharge planning under supervision.
• Assist in training for affiliated OTA programs.
