Job summary
The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team.

Qualifications
- Outpatient experience required.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Expertise in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Proficiency in patient care.
- Experience in occupational health.
- Clinic settings experience.
- Home health services exposure.
- Acute care environments familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and goals.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients' abilities to perform daily activities.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance patients' motor skills and coordination.
- Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
