Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in a home-based care setting. You will work in various environments, from outpatient patient homes, to assist individuals in improving daily living and working skills.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating individualized plans, and educating patients and families on adaptive techniques to promote independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
