Preferred Therapy Solutions in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to impact geriatric care in a busy facility.

You will provide comprehensive therapy, collaborate with rehab and nursing staff, and maintain accurate documentation to support resident discharge planning and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license-eligible in the state of employment.
• Experience in sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab settings is preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
