Preferred Therapy Solutions in Hanover, NH is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. You will join the PTS rehab team, delivering compassionate therapy to residents and supporting a coordinated care plan in a busy facility.

The role requires an OT Assistant license (or eligibility in NH), strong documentation skills, and comfort using MS Outlook/Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team-based environment.
• Hold a current OT Assistant license or be license-eligible in NH.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with MS Outlook, Word and Excel; experience with electronic documentation.
• Show attention to detail and timeliness in documentation; adapt to flexible hours.
