Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) for our sub-acute and skilled nursing rehab department in Chelmsford, MA. Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or eligibility to practice in the state employed.
• Experience in sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab setting preferred.
• Strong computer skills with MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Experience with electronic documentation.
• Attention to detail and timely documentation.
• Ability to work well in a team; flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish.
