Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team in Chelmsford, MA. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered therapy in a collaborative care setting with nursing and rehab staff.

The ideal candidate is licensed or eligible in Massachusetts, proficient with electronic documentation and MS Office, and comfortable with flexible hours and a team-based approach to care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible in Massachusetts.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Flexible hours and ability to work in a team-based care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute / skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to support resident progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Responsibilities And Qualifications

The qualified candidate will:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.
