We are seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our team and serve our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong desire and commitment to learn.

Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA), under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist, provides direct patient care, plans, and implements treatment programs tailored to individual needs, adhering to occupational therapy principles within the PAM Health system. Flexibility to meet the needs across various facilities is essential. Performs other duties as assigned.
