PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Katy in Houston, TX is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant. You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver direct patient care to a diverse inpatient population and help implement customized treatment plans.

We value flexibility and a willingness to learn. The OTA must be licensed in Texas and hold a current BLS certification; prior inpatient experience is preferred to support our extended hospital care team.

Qualificações

We are looking for an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

The Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA), under the direction of the Occupational Therapist, is responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of occupational therapy in the PAM Health system. The Occupational Therapy Assistant/Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant must be flexible to meet the needs of the system within many different facilities. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

• Education and Training: Licensed as OTA in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.
