We are seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team and care for a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have inpatient hospital experience or a strong desire to learn.

The Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA), under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, provides direct patient care, and develops and implements treatment programs tailored to individual needs, following occupational therapy principles within the PAM Health system. The OTA must be flexible to meet the needs across various facilities and perform other duties as assigned.

• Education and Certification: Licensed as an OTA in the state of employment. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.
