Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Lebanon, KY is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Skilled Nursing Facility. This role offers both full-time (30–35 hours per week) and part-time (20–25 hours) options with a flexible schedule.

The COTA will provide direct patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, participate in plan of care, and contribute to a compassionate, resident-centered team.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a COTA in the state of employment.
• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
