Broad River Rehab in Columbia, TN seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing facility. You will provide direct patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and contribute to daily rehabilitation goals.

Full-time with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and an option for a 4-day workweek; part-time option available. Flexible scheduling includes potential weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Tennessee
• Associates degree - Occupational Therapy Assistant
• New graduates welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Collaborate with the OT to implement treatment plans and document progress.
