Job summary

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Hamilton, OH Skilled Nursing Facility. Part-time position, 20-25 hours per week, with new hourly rates of $27–$31, and PRN options available.

Mentorship programs are highlighted for new clinicians. The COTA will perform direct care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to maximize residents' functional potential.

Qualifications

• Active COTA license in Ohio.
• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care under OT supervision to maximize functional potential.
• Support residents in daily activities and therapy tasks.
• Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams in a SNF setting.

A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, is a skilled licensed therapist who performs direct care under the clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapist to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life.

Qualifications:

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state of employment
• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy
