Broad River Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Meadow Grove, Ohio Skilled Nursing Facility. This is a full-time role with a 30-40 hour work week and Monday–Friday schedule, offering flexible options to fit care needs.

The COTA will provide skilled direct care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist, delivering high-quality rehab services to residents while contributing to a supportive team and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting
