Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support OhioHealth at Home in delivering patient-centered care in a home-health setting. The role emphasizes hands-on therapy, progress monitoring, and collaboration with OTs, using AI-assisted tools to streamline documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT assistant program with an Associate Degree.
• Two (2) years of experience as a COTA in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
• Active and unencumbered COTA license in state(s) of employment.
• BLS - American Heart Association certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with therapy sessions and monitor patient progress.
• Use AI technology to ensure clear and accurate documentation of sessions.

Education and/or Experience
