Responsibilities:

  • Follow the plan of care by Occupational Therapist and provide treatment to patients.
  • Interpret evaluation findings to provide care and ensure safety relating to dysfunction.
  • Provide treatment based on established goals and follow through to achieve them.
  • Offer advice and education to patients and their families.
  • Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine treatment effectiveness, patient progress, and the need for plan modifications.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
  • Home Health experience preferred but not required.

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. The final offer is determined by multiple factors, including skillset, work experience, and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay rate for this position is: $60/visit

We are seeking COTA coverage in the following areas: Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, San Fernando Valley, Westlake, Agoura Hills, Canoga Park, Calabasas, Moorpark, Camarillo, Ventura, Oxnard, and Pasadena.
