Responsibilities:

  • Follow the plan of care by Occupational Therapist and provide treatment to patients.
  • Interpret evaluation findings to provide care and ensure safety relating to dysfunction.
  • Provide treatment based on the goals and follow through with treatment to achieve established goals.
  • Provide advice and education to patients and families.
  • Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine the effectiveness of treatment, the patient's progress towards goals, and the need for modifying plans and treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
  • Home health experience preferred but not required.

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. The final offer is determined by multiple factors, including skillset, work experience, and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay rate for this position is: $60/visit

We are looking for COTA coverage in the following areas: Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, San Fernando Valley, Westlake, Agoura Hills, Canoga Park, Calabasas, Moorpark, Camarillo, Ventura, Oxnard, and Pasadena.
