Job summary
Triage Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week assignment at a 137-bed skilled nursing facility in De Pere, WI. The shift is 8 hours, day shift, with a 40-hour week, and the start date is 10/12/2026.

Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
- NBCOT certification demonstrated by passing the NBCOT exam.
- Eligible and willing to apply for state licensure.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Providers BLS/CPR.
