Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant for outpatient services in Twinbrook, Louisville, KY. Work with higher-functioning residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with no evenings or weekends, offering a patient-focused, flexible, on-site role. You will join a supportive team dedicated to high-quality care, with opportunities for market-facing activities, professional growth, and collaboration across disciplines

Qualifications

• Current license as Occupational Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents Monday-Friday in an on-site outpatient clinic or in residents' rooms.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
• Help market the clinic and contribute to building a flexible, independent work schedule.
