Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) for outpatient settings in Collierville, TN. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available. Schedule is Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends, offering flexibility and a patient-centered environment.

You will work with higher-functioning residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient clinics, with autonomy to create your own schedule and market the clinic within your scope.

Qualifications

• OTA license current or ability to obtain in state of practice.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in outpatient and on-site clinic.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
• Document progress notes and adjust plans as needed.
