Job summary

Powerback Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) for Casa Real Nursing Center located in our facility. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain independence.

This role offers a $10,000 bonus with payout over 24 months and pay between $40 and $50 per hour. You will work under the Director of Rehab and join a collaborative care team focused on patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with rehab team and make referrals when needed.
• Maintain patient-first, compassionate care.

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

Qualifications

• 1. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• 2. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• 3. They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.
