Silvis Center Rehab and Care is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a per diem role. You will assist therapists, support patients in achieving individualized goals, and maintain progress records in a dynamic rehab setting.

As a per diem Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at Silvis Center Rehab and Care, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation process for our patients. Our team is committed to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with a diverse range of needs and abilities. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate COTA to join our team on a per diem basis.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans and conducting daily therapy sessions

• Work closely with patients to identify and achieve individualized goals and outcomes

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and therapy sessions

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices

• Adhere to established policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care

Ideal Candidate:

• Has a strong educational background in Occupational Therapy and is a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
