NHC HealthCare Murfreesboro is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. This role focuses on helping patients regain their strength and confidence following illness or surgery, within a workplace that values teamwork and support.

About the Role

We're looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled rehab team. This full time COTA will help patients regain strength, balance, and confidence following illness, injury, surgery, or decline - all while delivering care you can be proud of.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited OTA program
• Certified (or eligible) through NBCOT
• Active Tennessee COTA license
• Reliable transportation, positive attitude, and team-player mindset
• SNF experience is a plus, but not required
