Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You in Marianna, FL is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement occupational therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain independence while collaborating with leadership to deliver compassionate care.

Graduate of an accredited OTA program; initial NBCOT certification; must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial NBCOT certification required or in-process for licensure eligibility.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with the Director of Rehab and care team to restore independence.

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
2. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
