Health Wealth Safe, Inc. is actively seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team in Lumberton, NC.

You will collaborate with therapists to develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy to address a range of diseases and impairments in a supportive setting. Requirements include graduation from an accredited therapy program and state licensure, with SNF rehabilitation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
