Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement therapy programs within our in-facility rehab teams. You will deliver OT services, follow established recovery plans, and work closely with the Director of Rehab to help patients regain function and independence.

You will be part of a supportive team, with emphasis on patient-centered care and collaboration across clinicians to maximize outcomes for older adults in our skilled nursing and facility network.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You're a healer and a helper, which is why you got into this line of work.

You're equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. You know your goal is to execute a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence.

You're adaptable to the needs of the patient and can find joy in the variety of the work and the settings.

You're a teammate and are looking for collaboration with your peers, but you're also happy to make referrals to help your patient get the care they need to thrive.

Qualifications

Posted Salary Range

USD $32.00 - USD $36.00 /Hr.
