Job summary

Triage Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for an assisted living facility in Cortland, OH.

The 13-week assignment runs 40 hours per week with day shifts; start date is 9/21/2026.

Candidates must have an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, have passed NBCOT, be eligible for state licensure, and hold BLS/CPR certification. Day One benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) program.
