Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA

We are offering a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment) for the Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA.

Lutheran SeniorLife provides a comprehensive array of community-based health and social service programs throughout western Pennsylvania.

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA provides quality Occupational Therapy services including direct care and treatment under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist in an interdisciplinary environment at Lutheran SeniorLife facilities/agencies including, as assigned, skilled nursing facilities, LIFE programs, home health, and/or outpatient clinics.

Qualifications for Occupational Therapy Assistant COTA:

• Associate's degree (A. A.) from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training preferred. Working knowledge of computer software required for documentation and communication.
• Maintains current PA License as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, including meeting continuing education requirements.
