Now Hiring PRN Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for our in-house rehab program at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehab!

• Supportive DOR and rehab team
• Fully equipped rehab gym with kitchenette, practice tub and private bathroom to assist with ADLs!

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing.
• Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers.
• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention.
• Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations.
