Position Summary
As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide direct patient care. This includes implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and contributing to the overall success of our rehabilitation programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to residents with temporary or long-term disabilities.
• Provide skilled OT services in accordance with physician orders and OT supervision.
• Support patients, families, and caregivers with education and guidance.
• Document treatments, patient responses, and relevant changes in condition.
• Follow established care plans and contribute to treatment planning.
• Attend required staff meetings and participate in team-based care planning.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
• Active Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant license
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
• In good standing with all licensing boards and regulatory agencies
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or long-term care preferred
• Familiarity with Net Health documentation system a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
