Legacy Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide patient-centered OT services across the lifespan, from neonates to geriatrics. Under supervision of an OT, you will implement treatment plans, educate families, and help coordinate equipment delivery and discharge planning.
You will document care, participate in quality initiatives, and collaborate with the therapy team to ensure high standards of practice while supporting departmental goals and community education

As you assist in developing programs and supporting departmental initiatives, you continue to grow professionally while building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and colleagues.
Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
3-5 years' experience preferred.
Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) required for applicable state.
American Heart Association BLS for Providers certification required.
USD $32.96 - USD $47.12 /Hr.
