Job summary

Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide routine OT services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. This full-time position offers a supportive team environment and opportunities to contribute to resident independence.

Salary ranges from $33 to $39 per hour with a $3,000 bonus for full-time staff. Benefits include healthcare options with vision and dental, 401k with match, paid time off, sick leave, and ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered Occupational Therapy Assistant license in CO required


• Rate Range $33-$39


• *$3,000 bonus paid: $1,500 after 90 days & $1,500 paid after120 days - bonus for full-time positions only & must remain in full-time status to receive bonus
