Job summary

Hilltop Park Post Acute is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our full-time team. We offer a $3,000 bonus and a supportive, collaborative work environment with two large rehab gyms on site.

You will provide occupational therapy services to residents, participate in an inter-disciplinary team, and help residents regain independence while advancing your clinical skills in a beautiful facility.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in CO.
• Experience in rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with an inter-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to residents.
• Collaborate with inter-disciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Document assessments, goals, and progress notes in resident records.
