Rivetus Rehab is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our ShorePointe location in St. Clair Shores, MI. This full-time position supports patient care under the supervision of an OT, delivering therapy services to geriatric post-acute patients in skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities include documenting care plans, collaborating with the team, and ensuring safe, effective treatment. Michigan licensure is required; OTA program completion is expected.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday (OR) Sunday-Thursday (Flexible Scheduling Available)
General Summary:
Provides occupational therapy treatment to patients according to the established treatment plan under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist. Contributes to the development, implementation of, and progression of patient treatment and modifies treatment as necessary. Participates in patent care conferences and program development. Completes appropriate documentation and adheres to policies, procedures and current standards of clinical practice.
