Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide patient-centered occupational therapy for adult and geriatric populations in a collaborative clinical setting in Phoenix, AZ. • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or license eligible in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve functional independence, safety and overall quality of life.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
