Job summary

Orchard Villa is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support the licensed Occupational Therapist in planning and delivering therapy services to residents in our skilled nursing facility. You will help residents work toward independence and meaningful outcomes on a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities include planning and administering treatments, documenting progress, and training staff to ensure continuity of care. New grads welcome with strong rehabilitative interests.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• 1 year of experience in hospital or skilled nursing facility preferred (new grads considered).
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative therapy practices.
• Passion for helping others and teamwork.
