Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes and effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current and active State license/registration where applicable.
