Blue Stone Therapy in Mechanicsville, IA is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver skilled therapy to adult and geriatric patients in a SNF and post-acute setting. You will work under an OT to implement treatment plans aimed at improving ADLs, mobility, strength, cognition, and independence.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain timely documentation, and contribute to quality care while fostering patient-centered outcomes in a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure) in applicable state.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional standards.

Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Mechanicsville, IA

Blue Stone Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients at Mechanicsville Specialty Care.

This role focuses on delivering skilled occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting. The Occupational Therapy Assistant works under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans designed to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, strength, cognition, and overall independence.
