Ridgeview Post Acute in Commerce City, CO, is a post-acute care facility offering long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services. We are seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team and provide skilled rehabilitation under supervision.

Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance. Pay: $30 - $37/hour based on experience. We offer a stable team atmosphere and CAPLICO values to guide daily work and care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments per requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Ridgeview Post Acute in Commerce City, CO , is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team.

Key Responsibilities
