Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide patient-centered occupational therapy to adults and seniors. You will implement personalized treatment plans, support activities of daily living, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote safe, functional independence.

You’ll maintain thorough documentation and contribute to high-quality outcomes in a supportive clinical setting that values autonomy and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or eligible for licensure in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to adults/geriatric patients.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, mobility and safety.
• Help patients with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing and grooming.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers to ensure outcomes.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve functional independence, safety and overall quality of life
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs

Qualifications
