Responsibilities

• Carry out prescribed occupational therapy treatment programs and routine procedures.
• Plan, organize and conduct adjunctive services such as diversional activities.
• Keep accurate records of patient attendance and progress (flow sheets).
• Observe patient behavior and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain progress reports of patients.
• Provide personal care tasks as needed (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming).
