Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in occupational therapy
• Current OT license in Minnesota or eligible for licensure in Minnesota

Responsibilities

• Teaching and/or clinical instruction within the occupational therapy curriculum, which may include: Independent teaching with various approaches to support learning styles
• Assist in instruction of courses
• Supervise in clinical experiences
• Teach through modeling and supportive feedback for clinical experiences
• Advance equity, diversity, and inclusion in various settings and with diverse populations
• Prepare online course materials in learning management system and Google drive
• Prepare, administer, assess, and follow‑up for exams and/or assignments
• Grade assignments, activities, competencies/practicals
• Provide office hours for students
• Provide routine and timely feedback on student performance and professional identity development
• Participate in teaching improvement strategies
• Adhere to the course schedule and teach within the mode assigned for courses (in‑person, online, hybrid)
• Commitment to address the needs of diverse populations and advance The College’s Benedictine values and Catholic intellectual tradition
