Job summary

Shawnee State University seeks qualified individuals to serve as part-time adjunct faculty in the Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) Program. Teaching may occur during fall, spring, and summer semesters based on enrollment and curricular needs.

Adjunct faculty may be asked to present teaching demonstrations during interviews. Open postings are updated as needed by the Dean’s Office to support graduate MOT education.

Qualifications

• Must possess teaching experience for graduate programs.
• Must have license to practice occupational therapy in Ohio or be eligible to obtain.
• Strong communication and ability to support student learning in MOT's hybrid delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate-level occupational therapy courses as adjunct faculty.
• Deliver instruction in lectures and laboratories as needed.
• Schedule and conduct classes on-campus or via virtual formats when required.
