Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an occupational therapist for a travel assignment in Milwaukie, Oregon. You will assist patients recovering from injuries or illnesses to regain daily living skills and enhance functional independence, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

The role requires an OT degree, active state license, and experience in SNFs, with preference for those familiar with NetHealth/PCC EMR and a Tue-Sat work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Skilled nursing facility experience.
• Preferred work week: Tuesday through Saturday.
• Experience with NetHealth/PCC EMR.

Responsibilities

• Help patients regain or improve daily living skills and functional abilities.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapies as needed.
