Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist in Longview, TX, to support patients in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The ideal candidate will help patients with injuries and disabilities improve their daily skills while working in a collaborative team environment.

This role requires a degree in Occupational Therapy and an active Texas license. A comprehensive benefits package will be offered, including full medical and 401(k) matching from day one.

Qualifications

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Longview, TX.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in inpatient acute rehabilitation or inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) settings preferred.
• Experience treating patients with stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, neurological conditions, trauma, or complex orthopedic injury preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a 36-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital preferred.
• Experience with intensive, individualized treatment plans and interdisciplinary team collaboration preferred.
