Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Bethel, Alaska. The role covers inpatient and outpatient settings with home visits and village travel, offering flexibility and professional growth in a remote community.

Working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch, you’ll join a supportive team and receive full benefits, housing support, and travel/licensing reimbursement to facilitate a smooth assignment across Alaska.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state license in Alaska or be eligible for licensure.
• Current NBCOT certification required.
• Active state license is required to start the assignment (BLS may be required).

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Perform home visits and village travel as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care.

Job description

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Current certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Licensed in good standing in Alaska as an OT, or hold a good-standing Occupational Therapy license in another state while awaiting Alaska licensure.
• Ability to treat inpatient and outpatient populations across patient age ranges and diagnoses within the scope of occupational therapy practice.
• Ability to complete home visits and village travel as required.

Assignment Details

Monday-Friday schedule. 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Includes a 1-hour lunch break. May include work in inpatient and outpatient settings. May include some work at a local long term care facility. Includes home visits and village travel.
