Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for travel assignments in Illinois. The role focuses on helping patients regain daily living skills after injuries or illness, with flexibility to work across multiple facilities.

Shifts run 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with Monday/Wednesday/Friday and Tuesday/Thursday schedules and travel between skilled nursing facilities. Floating to other sites is required as needed; relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Travel between skilled nursing facilities to deliver therapy.
• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment planning.
• Document progress and coordinate with care teams.
• Floating to other facilities as needed.

Assignment Details
