Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and valid state OT license to practice.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR and clinical software.

Responsibilities

• Return patients to optimal physical function in a SNF setting.
• Educate patients on maintaining function after discharge with independent exercise.
• Instruct patients in activity modification and safe daily routines.
